Virtual Try-On FAQ

TryAnyOutfit is an AI virtual try-on app for iPhone and Android. Add your photo and an outfit image to see yourself wearing it.

Upload a clear photo of yourself and an outfit image. The app creates a picture of you wearing the clothes. The result previews the look; it doesn’t measure fit or guarantee a size.

Try dresses, suits, streetwear, activewear, occasion wear, and pet outfits. You can upload clothing images from any brand or store.

Download TryAnyOutfit on iPhone or Android. The App Store and Google Play listings show which devices and operating systems are supported.

The app is free to download. Virtual try-ons use credits. Subscriptions include 50 try-ons for $14.99/month or 20 for $7.99/week. One-time packs include 5 for $2.99, 15 for $4.99, or 30 for $8.99. Check the app for the price in your currency before purchasing.

Use Restore purchases in the app, especially after reinstalling. Make sure you’re using the Apple or Google account that made the purchase. If your credits are still missing, email support with your receipt and the email used in the app. Purchases can’t be restored from this website.

Cancel through the store where you subscribed: open Subscriptions in your Apple account settings or Payments & subscriptions in Google Play. For a web purchase, use the customer portal linked from the app. Your subscription remains available until the end of the paid period. One-time credit packs don’t renew.

For an App Store or Google Play purchase, request a refund through that store. The store’s refund policy determines eligibility. For a web purchase or a billing issue you can’t resolve, contact support with your receipt.

Each virtual try-on, face swap, or custom edit uses one credit. Choose a subscription for recurring credits or a one-time pack when you need a few more.

Use a clear, well-lit photo with your body visible and as little obstruction as possible. Choose a clothing image that shows the outfit clearly. Blurry photos, heavy shadows, or objects covering the clothing can make a preview harder to generate.

Check that both photos are clear and the outfit is visible. Try a different photo or a simpler pose. AI previews can miss details such as patterns, layers, or accessories, so compare the result with the original clothing image.

Open My Wardrobe in the app to revisit saved looks. Save results you want to keep or download them to your device.

Update TryAnyOutfit, close and reopen the app, and check your internet connection. If it still won’t open, email support with your phone model, operating system version, and a description of what happens.

Open your phone’s notification settings, find TryAnyOutfit, and choose which notifications to allow. Turning them off also stops alerts when a generation is ready.

Use the account deletion option in the app’s settings or email support to request deletion. Cancel any active App Store or Google Play subscription separately before deleting your account.

Your photos are processed on our cloud servers to create your virtual try-on results. We don’t use your photos to train AI models or share them with advertisers. Read our privacy policy for storage details and deletion options.
