Introducing Motion Video. You can now animate your outfit photo or a virtual try-on in TryAnyOutfit. Start with a photo you already have, or open a try-on you’ve made in the app. Each video lasts 5 seconds and costs 5 credits.

You don’t need to record yourself. Motion Video uses the still image as its starting point and generates the movement. That means you can take an outfit you’ve photographed, or one you’ve only tried on virtually, and see an animated version of it.

We’ve also added more ways to buy try-ons: one-time packs of 5, 15, 30 or 100, plus Wardrobe, a monthly plan with 150 try-ons. Up to 100 unused Wardrobe try-ons roll over for one month. Here’s how the update works.

## Turn an outfit photo into a video

There are two places to start. If the outfit is already in a photo on your phone, import that photo. If you’ve used TryAnyOutfit to put an outfit on your own picture, open the try-on result and tap the motion icon.

The second option lets you keep working with a look you’ve already made. For example, you might try a dress on your photo, check the still image, and then animate that result. You don’t have to photograph yourself wearing the actual dress first.

For an existing outfit photo, you can skip the virtual try-on step. A mirror photo of your own clothes can be the starting image. The examples above include a pink outfit, a white top with jeans, and a black T-shirt look so you can see different starting photos.

These are AI-generated clips. They can show a person moving in an outfit, but they aren’t recordings of that person performing the movement. Check the result before sharing it, especially around hands, garment edges and small clothing details. A generated video also can’t tell you whether a real garment will fit comfortably or how its fabric will feel.

## How to make a Motion Video

Open a try-on result and tap the motion icon, or use the photo import option. Choose a movement in the motion dialog, then generate your video. The screen recording below shows the motion control on a try-on result.

Using the motion control on a try-on result

The examples include a pose and a walk. Choose a movement that suits the photo you’re starting with. If you want to look at the whole outfit, use a photo that shows the whole outfit; a cropped picture leaves less of the clothing visible to work with.

Start with a clear image, too. You should be able to see the clothes you want in the finished clip. A phone covering the outfit, heavy blur or a very dark photo makes it harder to judge what changed between the still image and the video.

Generating a Motion Video costs 5 credits. That is the cost of the five-second clip, separate from any virtual try-on you create beforehand. A photo you import directly doesn’t need a new try-on just to become the starting image for a video.

## Save the videos you want to keep

You can find your clips in the Videos tab under Saved. Open a finished video to watch it, then use Add to gallery to save it to your phone. The app may ask for permission to add the file to your photo library.

Finding clips in Saved > Videos

Videos are kept in the app for 72 hours. Add a clip to your gallery if you want to keep it beyond that window. Marking a video as a favorite doesn’t extend its retention time.

Saving the finished video to your gallery doesn’t generate it again. You’re keeping the clip you’ve already made. This is useful if you want to compare it with another result later, or keep a copy before the in-app version expires.

## One-time packs come in four sizes

You can buy a pack without starting a subscription. The options are:

- **5 try-ons:** $2.99

- **15 try-ons:** $4.99

- **30 try-ons:** $8.99

- **100 try-ons:** $24.99

These are the current web prices in USD. Check the price displayed at checkout when you buy through an app store.

Pick a smaller pack if you have a few outfits to try. The 100-try-on pack is a one-time purchase as well, so buying it doesn’t sign you up for a monthly plan. The pack sizes describe the try-on allowance; a Motion Video still costs 5 credits.

## Wardrobe includes 150 try-ons each month

Wardrobe is the monthly option. It includes 150 try-ons for $24.99 per month at the current web price in USD.

If you don’t use the full allowance, up to 100 unused try-ons roll over for one month. For example, if you have 40 eligible try-ons left, those 40 can carry into the next month. If you have 120 left, the rollover limit is 100. They don’t keep accumulating indefinitely.

The distinction is the billing period: a one-time pack is a single purchase, while Wardrobe is a monthly subscription. You can review the available options and their prices in the app before choosing one.

[Open TryAnyOutfit](https://tryanyoutfit.com/app) to animate a photo or try-on. If you’ve already used the update, you can leave a rating on the app’s store page.
